Terms of reception and reservations

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is required upon booking, to be paid online by credit card.

The balance will be payable on the day of arrival.

For the lodgings of the Arche, Amelyann, the Third, Crémieu, Les Augustins, we accept payments in cash, check, CB, ANCV holiday vouchers.

For the other gîtes: Four Banal, Lavoir, Halles, June, St Hippolyte, Isa, we do not systematically provide physical reception, payments are therefore made by credit card, via a secure payment link, or by ANCV holiday vouchers , check or cash on prior request and according to our availability.

The person who made the reservation must be a participant of the stay. (please bring an identity document)

The number of occupants may not exceed the accommodation capacity of the gîte, no additional person will be accepted, even excluding bedding.

The number of occupants must be that which appears on the reservation, thank you to inform us in case of changes.

Arrivals are possible from 4 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m.

A short welcome form is sent in the booking confirmation, together with a rental contract. These 2 documents must be completed and/or signed online.

The caution

A secure request for a bank imprint, by credit card, of 500 euros, will be requested before the arrival of the customer who will occupy the premises.

The deposit is mandatory, the stay will be canceled if the customer does not provide a deposit.

The deposit will be released a maximum of 7 days after the client’s departure if no damage has been observed.

Cancellation/modification conditions

Cancellation or modification is possible up to 30 days before the start of the stay. After this period, the deposit cannot be refunded, nor postponed for a stay at a later date.

Cleaning, household linen

The premises must be returned in the same condition as when the client arrived.

A cleaning fee is available as an option. If the cleaning carried out by the customer is deemed insufficient, the owner reserves the right to deduct the amount of the costs incurred from the deposit.

Household linen is always provided in the following gîtes (service included in the price of the stay):

Gites de l’Arche, Amelyann, Third, Crémieu, Augustins, June

Household linen is available as an option, with an extra charge (service not included in the price of the stay) in the cottages:

Oven Banal, Washhouse, Halles, St Hippolyte, Isa.

Household linen includes: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels

Animals are not allowed.

Prohibition of parties or any other noise pollution in all lodgings

As the places are not suitable, it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to make them part of a festive and/or noisy gathering, or for gatherings exceeding the capacity of the accommodation.

The accommodations are equipped with noise detectors, only recording a sound level in number of decibels, in the context of respect for privacy. The police will be immediately and directly alerted in the event of noise pollution, and will proceed with the verbalization for noise and the expulsion of offending customers, without the possibility of reimbursement of the stay. The deposit may also be cashed for non-compliance with the rules.
